Stineke Oenema on small holders production and market access

Brussels, 16 October 2008 - Stineke Oenema represented CONCORD in the Brussels Development Briefing on ‘Rising food prices: an opportunity for change?’. She's happy with the outcome of the discussion, which touched upon the right issues. However, she stresses the importance of political matters and in particular the element of market access as key for a better distribution of food production.
